This is a reviewed, per-order import, not an automatic order feed or payout, fee or refund reconciliation. Unpaid, cancelled, refunded, eBay-collected-tax and international-programme orders require separate accounting review. If Magento is already connected, use the linked order workflow.

What happens when an order needs attention?
Linxis records the reason so you can investigate a mapping, order status or account capability. Correct the cause before retrying. Waiting does not always mean a broken connection.
How is my QuickBooks connection protected?
Connect through QuickBooks authorisation. Stored QuickBooks credentials are encrypted, and optional multi-factor authentication protects your Linxis account. Read about security.
Can I investigate or retry an export?
Use QuickBooks jobs and Sync Health & Recovery to review outcomes and support diagnostics. Existing-document checks help reduce duplicate exports; check the final result in QuickBooks. Magento confirmation is recorded separately.
What should I check before going live?
Choose a Linxis plan that includes QuickBooks and confirm your QuickBooks plan supports the workflow. Live exports need production authorisation and a production connection; sandbox records are tests. Contact us to confirm live onboarding availability.
