Do I need a developer to connect Magento?
You may need your developer or support partner to install and configure the Magento module. You must also enter the store connection details in Linxis. See the setup journey or contact us for help.
Does a return request create a refund?
A return request alone is not evidence that money has been refunded. Refunds that cannot be verified are held for review; check the source refund details and the original QuickBooks record before proceeding.
How should I check my first export?
Start with an eligible order after reviewing setup. Compare the customer, items, shipping, VAT and total with the resulting QuickBooks document. A sandbox test creates test records, not live accounting entries.
How does restocking reach eBay?
For eligible mapped listings, enabled stock sync reads Magento quantities. Configured stock-change notifications feed the queue ahead of the regular sweep. Workers, cron and lifecycle settings affect processing; a queued update is not confirmation of a completed eBay change.
Can I use QuickBooks in production?
Live use requires Intuit production authorisation and a production connection to your company. Sandbox records remain test data. Contact us to confirm onboarding availability and review your mappings before exporting.
Can I protect my account with MFA?
Yes. Enable optional authenticator-based MFA from Account security and save the recovery codes. CAPTCHA is available on login where configured.
Where do I get help with failed exports?
Use Sync Health & Recovery to inspect recorded activity and the QuickBooks report. Correct the cause before retrying and use in-app support tickets if you need help.
Will a chatbot always give the right answer?
No. Published knowledge and rules help guide answers, but AI output can still be inaccurate. Review conversations, improve knowledge and give visitors a human contact option.

What is Linxis?
Linxis connects sales and accounting workflows, helps manage eBay listings and offers website AI chatbots. Choose the modules included in the plan that fits your business.
What does the QuickBooks connector do?
The connector creates supported QuickBooks Online invoices and sales receipts from eligible order workflows. You configure customer, product and VAT mappings, then track outcomes in QuickBooks jobs.
What does the website assistant do?
It answers website questions using the business information your team publishes. You can review conversations, improve the source information and provide a route to human support.
Can we import existing documents?
Yes. Knowledge can be imported as sources and smaller articles suitable for retrieval. Each source and article is assigned to the correct tenant workspace.
How is customer data separated?
Core assistant, knowledge, conversation, connector and job records are tenant-scoped. Public widgets also use domain allowlists and tenant-specific keys.
Which integrations are available?
The current platform includes QuickBooks, eBay and tenant API capabilities. Magento and other customer systems can participate in managed workflows, with additional connectors developed where commercially agreed.
Can Linxis automate sensitive changes?
Workflows can be designed to prepare changes for approval, retain logs and provide staff fallback. External-system capabilities depend on the available API or controlled automation method.
What happens when a job fails?
Jobs retain operational status so authorised users can investigate failures and use supported refresh, retry or fallback paths.
How do plan limits work?
Current plans retain active-connection and automation-run allowances. AI conversation allowances and customer-specific implementation charges are stated separately where applicable.
Are custom connectors included?
Standard capabilities may be included in a plan. Bespoke APIs, browser-assisted workflows, data migration and managed implementation are scoped separately.
Is there a trial?
Yes. The public signup currently creates a seven-day trial. New workspaces remain pending until the account email is verified.
What security controls protect signup?
Registration supports email verification, pending tenants, rate controls, a honeypot and Cloudflare Turnstile. Login is rate-limited and inactive or unverified workspaces cannot authenticate.
